Save Your Dates

Once you’re ready to move forward and have chosen your travel dates, I’ll send your contract and invoice. A $200 retainer reserves your dates on my calendar—then we can start planning the magic!

Plan Your Reservations

We’ll schedule a reservation consultation to discuss the dining experiences and Enchanting Extras you’d love to include in your trip. From character meals to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and special tours, we’ll identify your priorities so I’m ready when your reservation window opens.

Create Your Park Wish List

During your attraction consultation, we’ll explore what the parks have to offer—from rides and shows to character experiences. You’ll share your must-dos, interests, and preferences, and I’ll use those details to build your park strategy and determine which Lightning Lane selections to prioritize during your advance booking window.

Get Comfortable with the App

If you’d like, we’ll schedule a final consultation for a guided tour of the My Disney Experience app. I’ll share practical tips and show you how to quickly find helpful information, including nearby restrooms, first aid, and available bus arrival times. We’ll also cover any final questions so you feel ready for your trip.

Get Ready for the Magic

The evening before your first park day with me, I’ll check in by text and recommend an arrival time based on your family’s priorities. You’ll head into the next morning knowing when to arrive and that I’m ready to guide you.

Enjoy Your Park Day....with Me Along Virtually

Before you arrive, I’ll text you and help you share your location with me. This lets me follow your progress with fewer back-and-forth messages, so you can spend more time enjoying your family.

Once you’re in the park, I’ll tell you where to start and send a map to help you get there. As you scan into each Lightning Lane, I’ll keep things moving with a “Next Up” text. I’ll track your wish list, timing, and attractions throughout the day, adjusting your plan as needed.

Planning a Last-Minute Trip?

There’s still magic to be made! For trips booked on short notice, we’ll tailor the pre-planning process to the time available. Some consultations or advance reservations and Lightning Lane selections may be limited by timing and availability. You’ll still receive the same evening-before check-in and personalized, virtual support throughout your park days.
